The XCell Method

How XCell Performance works

Four clear steps — Consult, Test, Treat, Monitor — designed to build your care around real data and keep it personalized over time. Here is exactly what to expect at each stage, how telehealth works in Colorado, and how our pricing is structured.

Step by Step

Care built on data, not guesswork

1

Consult

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your goals, symptoms, and history with our clinical team.

2

Test

Comprehensive bloodwork establishes your real baseline — we never treat blind.

3

Treat

A protocol personalized to your labs and goals, prescribed and supervised by a licensed clinician.

4

Monitor

Follow-up labs and check-ins so we adjust as your body responds. Optimization is ongoing.

1 · Consult

It starts with a conversation

Your first step is a focused consultation with our clinical team. This is where you tell us what you are experiencing — fatigue, low drive, stubborn weight, poor recovery, brain fog, mood changes — and what you want to feel like instead. We review your health history, current medications, and goals, and we answer your questions honestly.

There is no obligation and no pressure. The goal is simply to understand your situation and decide together whether testing and treatment make sense. If we do move forward, we explain the path clearly before anything is ordered. Many people begin this step from home by telehealth; others prefer to come into our Denver office. Either works.

2 · Test

We test before we treat

Symptoms point us in a direction, but bloodwork gives us the facts. After your consultation we provide a lab order you can complete at a partner draw site near you. Depending on your goals, testing may look at hormone levels, metabolic markers, blood count, and other relevant values so we understand what is actually happening in your body.

This baseline matters for two reasons. First, it lets us match any treatment to your biology instead of guessing. Second, it gives us objective numbers to track over time, so we can tell whether your protocol is working and adjust accordingly. We also use this step to flag anything that should be addressed before optimization begins.

3 · Treat

A protocol built for you

Once your labs are back, a licensed clinician designs a treatment plan around your results, symptoms, and goals. For hormone care that may involve testosterone replacement for men, hormone therapy for women, or other supportive therapies. For weight loss it may involve GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide alongside clinical guidance.

On dosing: we do not publish specific doses online. The right approach is individual and is decided by your clinician based on your labs and how you respond. That is a clinical conversation, and it is part of what your program covers.

Whatever your plan looks like, it is prescribed and supervised by a clinician — never handed out as a one-size-fits-all package. You will know what you are taking, why, and what to expect.

4 · Monitor

Optimization is ongoing

Treatment is not a single event. As your body responds, we use follow-up labs and check-ins to see how things are tracking and to fine-tune your protocol. If a value needs adjusting or your goals shift, we adapt. This ongoing oversight is the difference between simply taking a medication and being genuinely optimized and supervised.

You will have a clear schedule for follow-up testing and a direct, private way to reach the team between visits.

Telehealth

How telehealth works across Colorado

You do not have to live in Denver to be a patient. Many people are cared for entirely through telehealth from anywhere in Colorado. Here is how it fits together:

  • Consult by video or phone. Your initial and follow-up visits happen over a secure connection, so you can meet your clinician from home or work.
  • Labs drawn locally. We send a lab order you complete at a partner draw site near you, so you are not driving across the state for bloodwork.
  • Results reviewed remotely. A licensed Colorado clinician reviews your labs and discusses your plan with you on your next visit.
  • Ongoing care from anywhere. Follow-ups, questions, and adjustments are handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant communication.
One requirement: you must be physically located in Colorado at the time of a telehealth visit. Our clinicians are licensed to provide care to patients in Colorado.

Prefer to be seen in person? You are always welcome at our Denver office at 1500 Grant St, Suite C.

Pricing

Transparent, membership-style pricing

We believe you should understand what you are paying for before you commit. Our pricing is built to be simple and predictable rather than a confusing pile of line items.

  • A membership-style structure that bundles the elements of your program so you are not surprised by add-on fees.
  • A clear breakdown of what is included — visits, oversight, and follow-up — presented during your consultation.
  • No hidden charges. If something is not part of your program, we tell you.

Exact costs depend on the program you choose and the labs involved, which is why we walk through pricing with you directly rather than guessing at numbers online. You will leave your consultation knowing what your care costs and what it covers.

Questions

How it works — FAQ

Do I have to visit the Denver office?
No. Many patients are managed entirely through telehealth across Colorado, with labs drawn at a local facility near you. In-person visits are available at our Denver office at 1500 Grant St, Suite C for anyone who prefers them.
How does telehealth work in Colorado?
After your consultation we send a lab order you can complete at a partner draw site near you. Your results are reviewed by a licensed Colorado clinician, and follow-up visits happen by secure video or phone. You must be physically located in Colorado at the time of your visit.
Why do you require labs before treatment?
Bloodwork gives us an objective baseline so treatment is matched to your biology rather than guesswork. It also helps us screen for issues that should be addressed first and gives us numbers to track over time.
How is pricing structured?
We use transparent, membership-style pricing with no surprise fees. Your consultation includes a clear breakdown of what your program covers so you know what to expect before you start. Exact costs depend on your program and labs.
How long before I notice results?
It varies by person and program. Many hormone patients notice improvements in energy and mood within the first several weeks, while results continue to build over the following months. Your clinician will set realistic expectations for your situation.
How is my dose decided?
There is no one-size-fits-all dose. Your provider personalizes treatment to your labs, symptoms, and response, and adjusts over time. We do not publish specific dosing online because it is a clinical decision made for you individually.
